Aspect Software Interview Wizard
While working as Aspect Software I worked with my team to architect, design and deploy a custom web application that our HR team would use to hire candidates into the organization. This web application fed data from our HRIS system (iCIMS) into a multi-browser supported web application allowing HR professionals to track and document candidates throughout the hiring process. Recruiters were able to prepare in advance for interviews by creating customized interview questionnaires which they would update real-time during interviews. All data created and managed during this process is stored in SFDC allowing the global team to use SFDC’s robust functionality for all post interview workflows and activities.
The Interview Wizard used a custom front end that was developed in SalesForce’s VisualForce. I was responsible for working with all business owners to orchestrate the project through a series of iterative white boarding sessions, wire-framing exercises, high-fidelity UI creation and graphic build out.
As this was initially built as an internal tool for our talent acquisition teams, once deployed the executive team was extremely impressed and has made motions to offer this tool as part of the corporation's enterprise offering.

This screen shows what a recruiter will see when he/she login to the system. This leverages SFDC's on screen preemptive search. Role: UI & UX

This screen displays the hover event for a specific candidates rating. This is pulling real time information from iCIMS for display. Role: UI & UX

This UI displays the archive of candidates. This was a key feature for compliance reasons and is used in legal auditing of the corporate hiring process. Role: UI & UX

This UI shows the hover event for all details about any interview for a given candidate. Role: UI & UX

This screen demonstrates the UI a recruiter would use to create a custom interview form prior to interviewing the candidate. Role: UI & UX

This screen displays the "Note" functionality which recruiters will use to document any additional notes during the interview process. Role: UI & UX

This screen displays what a recruiter will see when choosing to "Copy" a set of questions from one candidate to another. This feature is a big time saver as recruiters who have 15 candidates for the same job will not have to create 15 custom forms.
