Recent Adventures
I have been architecting, designing and deploying complex web and mobile applications for many years. My team's efforts have ranged from bioinformatic applications used for genetic research to financial based money movement tools for the US banking ecosystem. Below are some samples of my team's most recent design efforts.
As the Director of User Experience of Partners and Payments at Bill I was responsible for building and managing a team of product designers that were responsible for crafting and evolving all of our "Payment Experiences" which included all Virtual Card, International, Bill Pay and Vendor Direct experiences. My team was also responsible for the white label accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment solutions we that were designed, engineered and deployed to many financial institutions to offer to their SMB customers.
As the Director of User Experience at Early Warning Services I was responsible for the interaction design, visual design, content strategy and usability testing for our digital products.
Our team of 10 seasoned experts works diligently and swiftly to design, test and deploy all of the experiences across our Zelle product line, Identity products and our foundational banking tools.
As the Head of UX at Bank Of The West I managed a team of 25 digital professionals who designed, developed and managed all of the bank's customer facing digital experiences including their mobile applications, online banking experience, online account opening and all other corporate facing web presences or tools.
While at The Bank Of The West, my teams were instrumental in building the foundation of a digital ecosystem that was designed and deployed to greatly improve the digital brand experience delivery and speed to market for Bank Of The West's digital experiences.
Thismoment Content Cloud Multi Tenant (CCMT)
At Thismoment as the Senior Director of Product, I owned the product design execution and user experience design efforts. While having a small and nimble team, I was able to successfully collaborate with the executive team, product and engineering leads to completely redesign the UX for their CCMT platform.
Next Level Security Cloud
As a contracted Principal UX Architect at Next Level Security Systems, I joined the team to architect and lead the engineering team in an overhaul of their digital interaction experience and visual brand. This effort was global across their security cloud platform and was massive step in the right direction for the company to become a stronger competitor in the hardware security space.
Websense TRITON Console
As the Senior Manager of Online Marketing and Design at Websense my team was instrumental in the evolution of their online customer facing properties and worked closely with the engineering's team UX partners to collaborate a consistency in interaction design and brand strategy throughout the company's digital product portfolio.
