Next Level Security Cloud

At Nextlevel Security Systems (NLSS) we built physical security solutions for enterprise companies. While working with NLSS we built a multi tenant security platform which allowed companies to secure their physical facilities with cloud based video surveillance tools.  Once configured this platform made it extremely easy add, remove and manage new cameras within their cloud administration tool. Through a global dashboard the customer can login and quickly view all resources, reporting, devices, accounts, identities and many other functions.

This tool has a wide variety of complex video technologies which was a challenge to construct into compact interfaces while having a successful UX.  I would like to highlight the “Live Feed” screen to showcase our extremely complex feature set which allows the administrator to perform the following functions from a single UI.
 

• View multiple live feeds and jump between different cameras and views.

• Ability to scrub real-time through weeks or months of a video feed.

• Functionality which allows the exporting, bookmarking and snapshot creation from the applicable video feed.

• Adjust audio and screen display size real-time.

All of these application module activities are tracked and aggregated into a reporting dashboard where administrators could mine data based on date, geolocation, physical device, performance, action instances, security breaches and many other data points.
